ECMA 2011 Call for Jurors!

We are now accepting applications for jurors for the 2011 ECMAs in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island! To submit, please download the form: ECMA 2011 Juror Application Form and follow the directions below.

Juror Application Form Instructions

1. Save Juror Application Form to your desktop (or somewhere on your hard drive you can easily find).
2. Open the form, and fill out accordingly (please note some fields are required).
3. When finished, click 'Submit Form' in the top right hand corner.
4. If you use an email program installed on your computer such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird, etc, click 'Desktop Email Application'. It should attach the file to an email to send to kate@ecma.com. If Adobe gives you a message stating that there is no default mail client, click OK and proceed to Step 5.
5. Select 'Internet Mail' and save a copy of the filled out form to your desktop (or somewhere on your hard drive you can easily find). You may overwrite the old/blank PDF if need be.
6. Open your web browser, and login to your preferred email provider (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc).
7. Compose a new message to kate@ecma.com, and attach the COMPLETED form to the message. If you'd like to include a body for the message, feel free.
